Delivery & Returns

Free Delivery on All Orders

We offer FREE delivery to UK mainland addresses on all orders. Delivery to Northern Ireland may incur a surcharge, please drop us an email for a quote. Delivery is undertaken via UPS, DPD, EVRI and other trusted independent furniture couriers.

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock, we will then process the charges and submit the order. 

Order Shipment:

Every effort will be made to ensure that your order will be dispatched within 3 days of ordering and your tracking information will be emailed to you within 24 hours after your order is dispatched.

Transit times are between 3 to 15 business days on average. However please refer to the delivery information stated under each product description to find out when you will receive your order.

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to orders@houseofrattan.co.uk and we will process a return/refund/partial refund as appropriate.

Returns, Cancellations & Refunds:

All customers have the right to return any item within 14 days of the order being delivered. 

Returns are FREE & easy, If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your products, simply email us at orders@houseofrattan.co.uk within 14 days of the date of receipt and we will take care of the return for free.
