Approximately 2400 trees are cut down every single minute! That  is a lot of trees. Deforestation is one of the hardest hitting impacts that our planet has to deal with, not to mention the people its effecting. It leads to global warming, floods, extinction of wildlife and complete devastation.

Our mission is to support and empower the shift to sustainable business practices by building a brand that gives back to our planet. 

This is why, we as a furniture brand decided we must do our bit for the planet by planting trees from the sale and distribution of our products. We do this by planting 1 tree for every order we receive on houseofrattan.co.uk and thats a promise.

To show our commitment and transparency of our ethics, and to start the brand how we mean to go on we have planted 100 trees to help with the reforestation in the Andes. We hope to increase this number exponentially by planting 1 tree for every order we receive in locations where need it the most. We want you to join us on the journey.
