Free Delivery on All Orders
We offer FREE delivery to UK mainland addresses on all orders. Delivery to Northern Ireland may incur a surcharge, please drop us an email for a quote. Delivery is undertaken via UPS, DPD, EVRI and other trusted independent furniture couriers.
Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock, we will then process the charges and submit the order.
Order Shipment:
Every effort will be made to ensure that your order will be dispatched within 3 days of ordering and your tracking information will be emailed to you within 24 hours after your order is dispatched.
Transit times are between 3 to 15 business days on average. However please refer to the delivery information stated under each product description to find out when you will receive your order.

Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to orders@houseofrattan.co.uk and we will process a return/refund/partial refund as appropriate.
Returns, Cancellations & Refunds:
All customers have the right to return any item within 14 days of the order being delivered.
Returns are FREE & easy, If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your products, simply email us at orders@houseofrattan.co.uk within 14 days of the date of receipt and we will take care of the return for free.

If you find another online store that offers a lower price than us within six months of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference. Our Isabella chairs are a very sustainable option manufactured with re-afforested mahogany framework and covered in an attractive natural Kubu grey wicker making them extremely robust and stable. Although a very sturdy chair this does not take away from the elegant appearance of the Isabella with its curved flowing edges and comfortable feather-like cushion. Each chair comes with a natural linen cushion as standard which is zip removable. Please email us when ordering if you would prefer a black cushion.
The chairs are also fantastic for outdoor and commercial use. The strong hardwood frame ensures that you will get many years of use out of these chairs, whether for indoor use or as part of a stunning garden set. When left outside the wicker will slowly turn to a slightly charming grey/white colour due to the weathering process but this in no way affects the structural integrity of the chair. The greying effect is exactly the same that is seen on wooden outdoor furniture but occurs much more slowly.
To keep your wicker in top condition when using outdoors, use our Clear Sealer. With a clear finish, it can be applied to any clean surface quickly and easily, to protect against the damaging effect of sun, rain, and frost whilst allowing the furniture to breathe. Suitable for reclaimed teak and natural wicker it is the ultimate product in universal furniture protection.

These chairs have a seat height of 41cm which is slightly lower than the standard dining height (45cm)
Delivery Information
Providing that your items are in stock your order will be processed and you will receive your furniture within two to five business days from the date of order. If you place your order before 12pm items are often dispatched the same day.
Please allow up to 3 days after your order is dispatched for our chosen courier to deliver it to you.
If you need your items delivered at a certain time or date please let us know when placing the order and we’ll do our best to accommodate this.
Please note that our couriers can only give approximate delivery times, but cannot guarantee the exact time and date.
Depending on the size and weight of your order it may be delivered by our own drivers or by a selected courier on behalf of Sustainable Furniture (UK) Ltd.
Generally, smaller items such as bedside cabinets, home accessories, parasols and cushions are delivered as a parcel. Larger and heavier items such as assembled picnic benches, assembled garden seats, teak root furniture, French furniture and dining sets may be delivered by pallet.
PLEASE NOTE: Where items are delivered by pallet, the couriers are only under obligation to deliver it to the outside of your premises and it is your responsibility to transport the goods internally within your property. The driver will not position or assemble your delivery unless you pay an additional fee which needs to be arranged and paid for prior to the delivery - please ask regarding this service.
